Our Group has wide experience in infrastructure and housing. Poddar Projects Limited has also constructed one of the largest commercial landmarks known as "Poddar Court", in the heart of the city, which has a floor area of approximately 5,00,000 sq.ft. This building has been one of the largest tax payers to the Municipal Corporation. The building used to house all the major Central and State Govt. offices including Central Excise, Income Tax, Accountant General West Bengal and Central, Videsh Sanchar Nigam Ltd., Town & Country Planning, Agri Irrigation, BENFED, National Insurance and Central Bank. Poddar Court was the first building in this area built with a basement to house 250 cars in it.

In addition to the above, the group has already completed development of the 1st and 2nd phase of a residential complex known as "Poddar Vihar" near Kolkata Airport, which is meant for the middle income group. The total project area is 10,00,000 sq.ft.

Poddar Projects Limited has developed another commercial building known as "Model House" having an area of approx. 1,50,000 sq.ft. on 40, Strand Road, Kolkata, which is one of the busiest commercial markets in Kolkata.

Poddar Projects Limited has a land area of approximately 35 bighas in the Port Area, with a built up space of 1,50,000 sq.ft., for the purpose of Warehousing which is proposed to be enhanced to 5,00,000 sq.ft. and a large Container Yard. It is proposed to use the infrastructure for a Logistic Hub.

The company has a unique composite property- development where living space is inter twined with nature. Our projects - Natural Heights, Natural Greens and Natural View, Alipore Heights, Natural Nest and several other projects, which have been completed cover more than 5 million Sq. Ft. Another 2 Million sq.ft. in the city of Kolkata of premium residential property is under construction.

The group is also a partner in one of the reputed projects in Kolkata - Sherwood Estates, located at Narendrapur. The project is less than a kilometer away from the proposed eight-lane super express EM Bypass, just a few minutes from the Garia Metro Station and the famous Ramakrishna Mission Institution is just across the road. The project has a Community Hall, Shopping Mall, departmental store, beauty salons, launderettes, banks, ATMs, travel agencies, car rentals, cafes, mobile phone outlets, internet parlours, coffee shops, are among many other amenities.

The group is also developing a project in the most prime location of Kolkata. This is the only project in this area of A.J.C. Bose Road to have such a large land size of 3 acres. The project is being developed in association with other real estate companies. We have engaged internationally awarded Architects & Consultants to build the most luxurious residential apartments that the city of Kolkata has ever witnessed. The built up area would be approximately 6,00,000 sq.ft.

The company owns land in various parts of Kolkata, such as Jhowtalla Road, Rash Behari Avenue, B.T. Road, Rajarhat and Bhojarhat. The total area that will be constructed in these various projects would be close to 4 million sq.ft.

Burdwan: The group has constructed the only Shopping Mall with a multiplex in Burdwan covering 2,00,000 sq.ft. with Big Bazar as the anchor shop and Inox Multiplex along with leading national and international brands present in the Mall. Poddar Projects Limited is setting up a Mini Township on 230 Bighas of land in Burdwan jointly with Bardhaman Development Authority (BDA) as a private public participation project. The total built up space would be 6 million sq.ft. which will be built in phases.

In addition to the Township Project, the Company has been awarded the development of the Bus Terminal at Burdwan spread over 11 acres of land. In the Terminal, the commercial and retail space development is to the tune of 300000 sq.ft. A Mall will be constructed of 200000 sq.ft. built up area for which the land has been retained separately.

One of the associate Companies of Poddar Projects Limited has acquired another 24 Bighas of land in the Burdwan City, where we are putting up Housing projects for the middle income group. The built up area would be around 10 lakhs sq.ft. and the project will have a club with many amenities such as landscaped gardens, a community hall, covered swimming pool, gym/health club, children play area, joggers track, temple, cafeteria and departmental store.

In addition to the above, Dheeraj Promoters, an associate company of Poddar Projects Limited has successfully completed the projects of approximately 5,00,000 sq.ft. in Burdwan, out of which the Residential part is 2,20,000 sq.ft. and Commercial to 2,80,000 sq.ft., ground floor has Reliance Trendz and the first floor has Reliance Digital as Anchor shop.

Durgapur: Poddar Projects Limited has also completed one residential project including club facilities namely "Natural Height" in Durgapur. The built up area is 3,00,000 lakhs sq.ft.. The company has acquired 120 bighas of land in Bankura and is still under the process of acquiring more land. It proposes to develop a township with modern amenities that will encourage an organic lifestyle. It also owns land next to the main railway station of Raniganj. Where a mixed development of 2,30,000 sq.ft. of commercial and residential area shall be constructed.
